UNITED STATES
“It seems like a stereotypical bad neighborhood,” says Tony Brazell, past president of Jacksonville’s First Coast Rotaract Club. But get to know it and its residents – as he and other Rotaractors are doing in partnership with Habitat for Humanity Jacksonville (also known as HabiJax) – and the view changes.

SRI LANKA
The Rotaract Club of the University of Moratuwa club helped open a library for their local school and helped students prepare for college entrance exams and careers. They also assisted with the infrastructure by building bridges between neighborhoods to link them together to combat the heavy floods during the rainy seasons.
UGANDA
The Rotaract Club of Bugolobi worked alongside local doctors, schools, and the Uganda Health Marketing Group to provide everything from school supplies to comprehensive medical screenings, dental exams, and HIV testing and prevention education to over 1,000 residents of a nearby village.
